What is Piñatex?
Piñatex is the fabric we use to make the Sannas bags. It is made from the fibres of pineapple leaves through a process called decortication. It is a vegan, water resistant, cruelty free fabric with a texture similar to leather.
Can I buy accessories for my Sannas?
Of course! Go to the xxxx section to buy accessories for your Sannas, you will be able to create endless combinations.
Do I have to take care of my bag in any way?
To keep your Sannas as beautiful as the first day, we recommend that you apply a thin layer of vegetable wax before the first use, and do this regularly. This will protect the fabric from possible scratches and will also give it a very soft texture.
Once you have applied the wax, let it dry for 24 hours and then wipe off the excess with a soft cloth.
To clean your Sannas, you should use a soft cloth, dampened with a little water.

What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Visa Electron or any card authorised for online purchases.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payments are made through a CaixaBank virtual POS with the 3D Secure system. In addition, payment is made on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, encrypting the transaction data for greater security.
Orders and returns
How do I place an order?
It’s very simple, go to the inspiration section if you want to buy a pre-made Sannas. If you prefer to design your own, go to the configurator:
- Choose your size
- Select the colour
- Choose the sides
- Indicate the type of strap you want
- Write your message
Then add your bag to the cart, fill in the form with your shipping and billing information and make the payment, by PayPal or credit card.
How long does it take for my bag to arrive?
We know you are looking forward to receiving your Sannas and we will ship it as soon as possible. Please note that all bags are made with a lot of love and customised for each customer, so the delivery time can be between 5 to 7 working days*.
**This delivery time may vary in times of high volume of purchases such as: Black Friday, Christmas or sales.
Can I cancel an order?
Once you have placed your order and received the confirmation email, you will have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations. Contact us by email at: hello@sannasbcn.com or by phone: Sannas bags are totally customised, so once they enter the production process we cannot cancel any order.
Can I return an order?
Sannas Barcelona bags are made with much love especially for you and customised with your message. Therefore, if your Sannas includes a customised message you will not be able to return it. Please read the full return policy.
Can I track my shipment?
Of course! When your Sannas leaves our facilities you will receive an email with the tracking of the shipment so that you can see where it is at all times.
I have received a bag and it is not what I ordered, what do I do?
