Product availability

All orders of Sannas Barcelona products are subject to availability. If any product is not available in stock once the order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or phone. Then you will be able to modify or cancel your order.


Purchasing a product in PRE-ORDER means that you will have purchased a product that is not in stock but will be back in stock in a short time. This service is not always available on the Sannas Barcelona website.

To pre-order a model, you will need to add it to your purchase as if you were placing a normal order. You will then need to follow the checkout process as normal, please note that if you place a pre-order, it will be treated as a normal order and the funds will be taken from your account when you place the order. Orders for that product will start to be shipped from the date indicated on the product sheet.

If your order contains a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, we will make a single shipment on the date that the pre-ordered product is scheduled for shipment. Your order confirmation email will contain both in-stock and pre-order items.

Contracting and acceptance of orders

The order will not be processed until it is verified that the amount has been debited from your account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an e-mail as order confirmation, but this does not imply that the order has been accepted, as it will be subject to our subsequent verification and acceptance. The Contract between you and Sannas Barcelona will only be formalized after sending an e-mail in which we will inform you that the order has been sent and only for the items listed in the shipping confirmation.

Price and payment methods

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website. Sannas Barcelona reserves the right to modify the prices of the products offered on the website at any time without prior notice. These modifications will not affect, in any case, the orders with respect to which we have already sent you the confirmation of shipment.

The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the Website on the date on which the user places the order. Although Sannas Barcelona tries to ensure that all prices listed on the Website are correct, errors may occur. In the case that Sannas Barcelona discovers an error in the price of some of the products that a user has requested, it will inform him/her as soon as possible and will give him/her the option to reconfirm the order to the correct price or to cancel it. If Sannas Barcelona fails to contact the user, the order will be considered cancelled and the user will be fully refunded the amounts paid.

Sannas Barcelona shall not be obliged to supply the user with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if the Shipping Confirmation has been sent) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have been reasonably recognised by the user as the incorrect price.

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website will be subject to value added tax. The applicable rate will be the rate legally in force at any given time.

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and should be considered as the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT). Transport costs, as well as taxes and duties for the entry and exit of the product (if applicable) are not included in this price.

4.1 Methods of payment

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro) via Virtual POS:

Before authorising the payment, your bank may ask you for additional confirmation by means of a private code sent to your mobile phone, with a key card or with the additional security code that you have programmed. If at the time of payment there is an incident that prevents the payment from being made, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and the order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.

In order to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of transactions, these are carried out through the SSL protocol (Secura Socket Layer) with 128-bit security keys.

  • Paypal. This method of payment involves a handling fee of 1% of the amount of your purchase with a minimum amount of 0.90 €. PayPal payment takes a few minutes to be processed and confirmed.

Personalisation with message

Please note that customised Sannas items have a longer delivery time. When placing an order with a customised message you should bear in mind that:

– The maximum text size is xxx characters.

– The size of the letters as seen in the images on the website is always approximate. We will always try to be faithful to the design created by the client.

– The colours are always approximate as there is always a difference between colours depending on the configuration of each screen.

– It must be taken into account that these customisations are handmade and handcrafted, so they may present small variations (size, colour or position…).

We would like to remind you, as we have mentioned in several sections, that customised orders are non-returnable.


Deliveries are made through the courier companies CORREOSEXPRESS or TIPSA. Deliveries to Spain are free of charge.

Sannas Barcelona ships worldwide. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping costs and options to your country. All costs other than the cost of transport, such as VAT or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an e-mail notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped, along with a tracking code for your package in some international cases. The carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts, if unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. The cost of return and subsequent delivery will be borne by the customer.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided on the order form, so it is important that you ensure that the details are correct, once the order has been placed, you are not allowed to make any changes to the delivery address. We will not be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

6.1 Delivery deadlines

The delivery time for NON-Customised orders, on working days to Spain (Peninsula) is 48-72 hours.

The delivery time for Customised Products may vary and will have an average delivery time of 5-7 working days*. In any case, we will always try to shorten delivery times as much as possible to ensure that your order is received quickly and efficiently. The delivery time for customised orders with international shipping is 10 working days.

*For the above purposes, working days shall mean all days of the week (Monday to Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Personalized Products will be considered all those for the elaboration of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer and user is decisive or which have required the personalization of some of its features or parts, such as, but not limited to, the inclusion of a customised message on the product. However, products made according to standard options offered by Sannas Barcelona to the general public, such as colour, shape or strap, will not be considered Customised Products.

Returns and refunds

As a general rule, you have 15 days to return your online purchase and request an exchange or refund, except for Customised Products, which cannot be exchanged or returned. In addition, we remind you that the colours that appear on the screen may vary depending on the configuration of the screen.

The customer must bear in mind that the product is handmade and handcrafted. Also, the material may have slight differences with respect to the images, so there may be slight alterations with respect to the images on the web.

a.Returns due to manufacturing defects.

The User will be able to return to Sannas Barcelona, without any cost, any product that presents a manufacturing defect. To formalise the return, the User will have to contact Sannas Barcelona in the e-mail address, indicating the product or products subject of return, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects. Once this communication is received, Sannas Barcelona will indicate to the customer, if necessary, the form of collection or shipment to its warehouses of the defective product, without cost for the User. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, Sannas Barcelona reserves the right to refuse the return. Once the product is received and the existence of tare or manufacturing defect is verified in some of the products of the order, Sannas Barcelona will proceed to process the shipment of another product of identical characteristics, also without cost for the user.

In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to send another product of identical characteristics, the refund of the amounts paid for the purchase of the returned product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within the following fifteen (15) days.


In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the products received in his/her order, the customer, in accordance with the General Law for the defence of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days to return the same, without penalty and without having to indicate the reasons, the costs of such return will be free. To formalize the return, the user will have to contact with Sannas Barcelona in the address, subject: return order, indicating the order number, name, address and telephone number and stating the reason of the cancellation. Once this communication is received, Sannas Barcelona will inform of the way to send the order to its warehouses, which must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and -if necessary- original documentation and accessories that came with it. If this is not the case, Sannas Barcelona reserves the right to refuse the return. The refund of paid amounts will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within fifteen (15) days from the date on which the user has informed of his decision to withdraw from the contract. In the case of a customised product, this cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.

Once the goods have been received in our warehouses and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount in accordance with the terms established in RDL 1/2007, in accordance with the method of payment used by the customer (e.g. on the same credit card used to pay for the purchase or on the PayPal account used by the customer). The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date on which the product was returned.
